Once an order has been received we aim to deliver your items within 7-10 working days. If you do need your items sooner then please contact us and we can advise you whether we can meet your deadline.
- All orders within the UK are posted via Royal Mail or via DPD with a standard postage cost of £4.16. Please contact us for international shipping.
- All items will require a signature, if you are not at home when a delivery is attempted the courier will leave a card with contact details for rearranging delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are not collected from the courier’s depot.
- Please note that from time to time, during busy periods these delivery times can vary. If any delays do occur, our customer service team will be in touch with you to provide regular updates.
- If you provide us with an incorrect postage address or fail to pick up your item(s) from the courier’s depot and the order is returned to The Personalised Wedding Room, you are responsible for the delivery costs to re-send your items back to you.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £100. This is only available for UK mainland deliveries. Overseas including Ireland do not qualify for this.
Delivery of Hired Items
We offer a free local delivery, installation and collection service within 10 miles of our company address; Unit 18 Oak Street Industrial Estate, Cradley Heath, West Midlands, B64 5JY. If you do require the items outside of this area there is a small additional charge so, please contact us for a quote.
Please note that due to our items being personalised we do not offer returns or exchanges on our items. So please make sure that the correct size(s) are ordered and personalised names are spelt correctly.
We will only accept returns on personalised items if there is a fault with the product or if the item has been made incorrectly on our behalf. Please contact us within fourteen days to discuss the issue with our customer service team. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any claims made after you have been in receipt of the item for fourteen days. We also reserve the right to examine and repair faulty goods where appropriate.
